My hero (es) in my Overmyer family ancestry The only overmyer family member that I knew was my grandmother Helen she was a small women only standing tall 4"9 a good day 5" foot she loved to wear hats and gloves and bright red finger nail polish that were surrounded by rings of all different size's I remember playing with her rings thinking that she was the Queen of Rings one of my favorite ones would open up and she would have a little cotton ball with perfume on it... One of the things that I miss about my Grandmother Helen is that everytime that we would go and visit her and it was time to go she would walk us to the front door blow us kisses and then as our car would round the corner their she would be waving from the side window until we couldn't see her anymore.


Why I think a Overmyer Reunion is important:To get to know how each family is intertwined together through sacrifice and hard work bringing us all together.This is a part of our lives that we don't know any one or place of where we came from and what a wonderful thing to have happen


How my branch of the family can help :I know that there are lots of wonderful recipes that you have been taught, tasted and hold close to your heart that have come from our Overmyer history don't forget to get them coming my way.... I am so excited to put this together!

I met my husband on a blind date and not thinking that it would go anywhere little did I know that we would fall in love will be celebrating or 19th wedding anniversary this year.
